Governance
ASAT is an independent legal entity, a 501(c)(6) tax-exempt organization incorporated in the state of Delaware in the United States. ASAT is a member- driven, all-volunteer partnership. Representatives from member organizations serve on the Board of Directors and comprise the Working Groups.
